A great question! And the answer is: Yes! Listeners will need special equipment to receive HD radio signals. You will want to include that as a disclaimer in your brochure. Disclaimer means it should be included in fine print...BUT NOT EMPHASIZED! Remember the goal of this brochure is to lure potential advertisers--not confuse them with technical stuff. But, from a legal-ethical angle. You should include this info. Any ideas what your disclaimer say? Feel free to submit your ideas here. I'd like to help you fine tune your wording.
You are making a brochure for your sales team to hand to store owners, businesses, etc. who may be interested in buying advertising time on your radio station, Hot FM.

In order to listen to HD radio, do people have to buy special technology or equipment for their home or car?

*because of this advance in radio technology, some equipment may be required in order to listen to this station.
Do you want this brochure to be like a trifold or just a one sheet flier?
Either one. I'm going to mostly be grading this on the content within. So chose a format/design that will accommodate the content.
So we are making the brochure for advertising agents? Not trying to attract people (consumers) to listen to HD?
Are the people we are trying to attract and educate with the flyer the advertisers? Not consumers we are trying to get to listen to HD radio?
